We also invite you to apply for access to your patients’ results and images through the Aspire Radiology PACS system.

If you previously had an account with our legacy PACS system (Voyager), please check the inbox of the email address you registered with. We have sent important information regarding access to the new PACS system, including your login details and instructions.

Turning off Email Notification

You may receive email notifications when imaging results become available.

If you prefer not to receive these email alerts, you can easily turn them off by following the steps below:

1. Login to PACS
2. Click on “Profile” at the top of the screen
3. Select “Notification” from the tab
4. Adjust your notification preferences as required

These settings can be updated at any time to suit your workflow.

Break Glass Access – Immediate Access to a Patient Record

To obtain immediate access to a patient record using the Break Glass function:

• Click the Break Glass icon located to the right of the Search Panel.

Read and accept the Confidentiality Agreement.

• Enter the required search criteria:
• Full patient name in the format: Last Name, First Name (comma-separated)
• Full patient date of birth in the format: YYYYMMDD
• Click “Check Patient”.
• If a matching patient record is found, click “Access Patient Studies” to view the available studies.
